[openstack-community] Table at FOSDEM this time?

0 votes

Does OpenStack have a table at FOSDEM this time around? If so, who's
running the show this time?

Thanks.

Hi Rich,
Yes, we have just been accepted! The OpenStack Foundation will have a table at FOSDEM.
Marton, Adrien and Jean-Philippe are the local team that will be organizing the event with me.

Best regards,
Denise

Excellent. Count me in for volunteer time to staff the table, when you
get to the point of making that schedule.

Hello Rich,

I guess we’re gonna have an etherpad like last year with the “indicative” timeslots.
We can deal with that later, but thanks for reminding that to us :)

Jean-Philippe,

I don't mean to rush anybody, but I'm always pulled (at least) 3
different ways at FOSDEM, and am trying to plan my schedule between the
three tables I've committed to work, and all the other madness of
FOSDEM. :-)

So ... gentle reminder ... I was wondering if the etherpad is out there
in the wild yet.

Thanks!

Hello,

It’s normal to be torn apart during FOSDEM, I’m not surprised.
We didn’t plan yet, so good reminder!

I’ll work with Adrien like last year. Adrien, you have a copy of the last etherpad, to start up?
I think we should adapt the slots ‘though.

Best regards,
JP

Hi everyone,

We'll have a table in building K, like previous years.

I've set up the etherpad at https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/fosdem-2017
Please put your name there on the slots you can be available for the booth.

Everyone is welcome to help!

Thanks,

Adrien

Hello,

We're all set for this week-end, though we still need more volunteers
for the booth, so don't be shy and join us :)
